The Product team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to grow and optimize the funnel of payers into our suite of premium products. You will own the roadmap for driving incremental revenue growth in this role, leveraging Tinder’s outstanding user experience and global reach. You will have an opportunity to work with top talent on one of the world’s most exciting social and dating products!

The Growth Team is responsible for building on-ramps and engagement experiences to drive meaningful connections for millions of worldwide members. The Growth Product team is fundamental to the success of Tinder – driving initiatives that impact new member growth, engagement, and revenue. This role will drive new product features and optimize existing user flows in collaboration with engineers, marketing, design, content, data scientists, and other team members across Tinder.

This role can be located in San Francisco, CA, Palo Alto, CA, or Los Angeles, CA.

You will:

  • Own the definition and roadmap of revenue conversion features.
  • Design, implement and measure multivariate A/B tests to show incremental impact across new features and optimize current features.
  • Drive definition, innovation, roadmap, and design of A/B tests and conversion revenue experiments to accelerate our active and paid members’ growth.
  • Prioritize projects based on business impact and available resources.
  • Make strategic and data-based decisions about trade-offs, balance scope with quality, and communicate to various audiences, from teammates to executives.
  • Analyze member data and metrics to measure the business results and find opportunities to evolve.
  • Build alignment with cross-functional partners: engineers, marketers, analysts, content writers, and designers.
  • Learn the dynamics of the Tinder ecosystem, understand the psychology of our users, and identify their product needs.
  • You have:

  • You have 5+ years of professional working experience as a Product Manager.
  • Experience defining metrics and making product and strategic decisions based on A/B testing and qualitative feedback.
  • Experience working with user growth products.
  • A deep understanding of the product growth space, both from an academic perspective and real-world implementations.
  • A passion for data and can prioritize using a combination of data and product intuition.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect a strategy to a set of customer problems to a group of metrics to features in a logical chain.
  • A University degree, ideally with technical or business background or a mix of education experience, is a plus, not required.
  • As part of the team, you’ll enjoy:

  • Working on a product that has an immediate impact on people’s lives all around the world.
  • Collaborating with a team of creative, fun, and driven colleagues.
  • Comprehensive health coverage, competitive salary, 401(k) employer match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
  • Other perks and wellness benefits like a fitness membership subsidy, paid concierge medical membership, pet insurance offerings, and a commuter subsidy.
  • A robust Learning + Development offering including our MentorMatch program, access to a library of 6,000+ online learning courses through Udemy, and an annual L+D stipend.
  • Access to mental health resources.
  • Fertility preservation benefits.
  • No Meeting Wednesdays and access to a wide range of product and service discounts through Perkspot.
