Enterprise Account Executive

USA, Remote $150,000–$175,000

OTE $300,000

Fast-growing start-up now looking for an elite Account Executive (AE) to help source, qualify, and close new opportunities to build on the success we’re having in the market today. This will be a unique opportunity for someone to be on the ground floor of a fast growing company.

You will have the opportunity to be a trailblazer for the business and realize uncapped upside based on your performance. You will be someone that is comfortable sourcing your own pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and working closely with the management team to close new business. You will be laser focused on achieving weekly / monthly pipeline goals through a maniacal approach to lead generation and opportunity creation. You are someone who is incredibly resourceful, independent, and comfortable with the ambiguity that comes with working at a start-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet/exceed quarterly revenue targets by effectively selling TA solutions into Operations and Finance departments within the healthcare, insurance, financial services, retail, and other relevant verticals
  • Generate a consistent, predictable pipeline of new business through proper qualifying of new leads and opportunities
  • Manage and accurately forecast a predictable pipeline of business across multiple sales stages using HubSpot as the primary CRM
  • Work closely with senior management, implementation, engineering, and product teams to scope and construct new business proposals
  • Provide ongoing feedback to Marketing, Product, and Senior Management teams on market dynamics, customer requirements, and new opportunities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience selling SaaS, technology consulting, or other related services within the digital / technology ecosystem
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals and quota
  • Strong understanding of solution selling / value selling methodology and process
  • Highly entrepreneurial mindset that works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Independent thinker with the ability to find the tools and resources to be successful
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Experience working with Hubspot, Salesforce, or other CRM tool for pipeline management
  • Strong desire to over-achieve and help shape the culture, pace, and foundation for the future TA sales organization
  • Metrics driven mindset in order to exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals
  • Ability to travel as needed to close new business (post-COVID)
  • Team player that exhibits collaborative qualities and a passion for the business
  • Experience and success working remotely
  • Experience selling into Finance and Operations decision makers is a plus
  • Previous start-up experience a plus
