ShopStyle Collective is looking for a Director of Brand Partnerships to lead a high revenue grossing sales team. The Director of Brand Partnerships will manage a team of motivated Business Development sellers, responsible for driving double digit revenue growth from retailer and brand partners.

ShopStyle Collective is the premiere monetization platform that services both brands and influencers to drive overall success for their businesses. ShopStyle Collective acts as a full funnel marketing partner to brands across the fashion, beauty and lifestyle space inclusive of 360 influencer marketing capabilities such as sponsored campaign management, paid media/boosting, brand lift studies and more.

Rooted in data, analytics and insights, ShopStyle Collective allows influencers to grow and monetize their content resulting in key metrics that can be leveraged and inform clients’ and business decisions within the overall influencer & creator ecosystem.

Serve as a collaborative leader within the organization, working cross functionally with other key stakeholders and teams

Implement a strategic vision for the Business Development team

Establish core process and procedures to set the team up for success

Motivate and inspire team members and bring forth a passion for working as a cohesive team

Manage to revenue goals and develop strategies to track, incentivize and achieve those goals

Develop innovative marketplace offerings alongside Brand Strategy, Marketing and Product teams

Build and maintain strong relationships with partners

Reinforce our position as a leading influencer marketing partner and organization by staying on top of industry trends and developing solutions that meet our partners’ needs

Consistently meet with clients and attend industry conferences (virtually if necessary)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

8-10 years of management and experience building and scaling high revenue grossing sales teams

Extensive experience working in influencer marketing, media sales, media agencies and affiliate marketing

Proven experience increasing year over year revenue for a dedicated sales team

Demonstrated ability to build and scale processes and strategies to drive revenue for the business

Deep understanding of organizational structure and a proven track record of working cross functionally across teams within an organization

Strong negotiation skill set with ability to navigate large revenue deals

Key executive and high-level client contacts and access and solid client references

Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications skills

Proficient in Microsoft Suite Products, Google Suite, Keynote & Salesforce
